ABOUT
Sofia has a unique experience as a hairdresser. She has been working, competing and training with the best, both nationally and internationally. She is doing shows, editorials and commercials with equal attention and when it comes to putting hours into her craft she is second to none. Sofia is an eleven-time award winner in Sweden’s Hairdresser of the Year awards and has been crowned the national winner three times — in 2024 she won Haircut Of The Year and most recently in 2025, where she won both Hairdresser of the Year and Female Category. She is also the Nordic winner of the L’Oréal Style & Colour Trophy 2023, and the Swedish winner of Haircut of the Year 2024. In addition to competing, Sofia works internationally as an educator and creative collaborator, teaching and inspiring hairdressers across Europe and beyond. In 2025, her studio Little Faktory received four national awards — all projects she proudly co-produced.

Josefin is a seriously accomplished hairstylist who has spent many years abroad working as a key stylist at the fashion shows in Paris, and together with well known names in the industry as Guido, Eugene, Gary at the big houses. She pursued a career as a session stylist in booth fashion and commercials. She is represented in Sweden by Link Details since 2017 and been a member of the Jury of “Hairdresser of The Year” between 2015 - 2025. She also is a key member of “Kollektivet Kai” a group forwarding female cutting edge style together with Sofia Geideby and Annie Ankervik.

Em is born and raised in Piteå, the far north of Sweden. She graduated hairdressing school in 2015. Her love for working with a diverse clientele and learning new things inspired her to move and work at both salons in London and Melbourne.
Her years of experience has shaped her into a confident hairdresser but she is continuously looking to evolve and learn more in the craft. She loves making clients feel comfortable in the salon and finding looks tailored for each individual person.
